On a large cutting board lay out crescent roll dough in a rectangle and layer with honey mustard dipping sauce just to cover. Cut hot dogs in half and using pre-sliced Colby jack cheese, cut 4 pieces into fourths. Make honey mustard dipping sauce and set aside. 
Pour in 1/2 cup chili, mix and continue to cook until heated through.
In a small sauce pan over medium heat melt 4 ounces velveeta cheese.
